PAYMENT

We accept all major credits with NO additional fees.  If you would like to pay via wire transfer  and receive a 2% discount please contact us at info@ctnightvision.com.  If you would like to pay using a check or money order and receive a 2% cash discount, please contact us at info@ctnightvision.com  Please note, checks and money orders will delay your shipping time because it takes time for these payments to clear. 

We now offer several financing options. Please note, financing orders might delay your shipping time because it takes time for these payments to clear. We have no control over this. Please contact us at info@ctnightvision.com if you have any questions.

If using Affirm you MUST select the financing option. Failure to do so may delay your order or you order will be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

At CT Night Vision, we take your privacy and safety very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and ensure that your data is safe and secure. We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill your order. We may use your information to improve our products and services or to send you marketing communications, but you can opt out at any time. Thank you for trusting CT Night Vision with your personal information.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All items worth over $1000 are shipped 2 day or 1 day with a signature required for insurance and security purposes. Most accessories are shipped USPS Priority Mail or similar. Average lead time is 4-7 business days however during peak times or market fluctuations that lead time could be extended to as much as180 days.This is outside of our control and your order will not qualify for a refund because of this. Unless otherwise specified we will maintain a promise to deliver date on all products within 180 days. Please contact us prior to ordering if its time sensitive.

If you take advantage of a pre order understand we will fulfill your order as quickly as possible. HOWEVER the speed at which you receive your order ultimately depends on when we receive the product. We have no control over this will not issue a refund if your pre order gets delayed. WE WILL however keep you updated every step of the way. Unless otherwise specified we will maintain a promise to deliver date on all products within 180 daysThank you for your understanding.

All sales are final. HOWEVER, returns will be handled on a case by case basis.  Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied and wants to order from us again. 

In the event of a return or order cancellation you may be charged a cancelation/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase order.

If a consumer knowingly purchases a restricted item such as lasers that you do not qualify for your order may be cancelled and subject to a cancelation/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase order.

NOTE: As of late there has been a significant delay in receiving regular shipments of DJI products. This is outside of our control. If you make a DJI purchase please note there may be a significant lead time. This is outside of our control and a longer lead time will not qualify you for a refund. Unless otherwise specified we will maintain a promise to deliver date on all products within 180 days

SHIPPING LIABILITY

The customer understand that once the package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that CT Night Vision does not have control over the package. Additionally, the customer agree that once such common carrier delivers the package to the address the customer specified, the customer is fully responsible for the safety of the package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver the package).

UPDATES: We may update these TERMS & CONDITIONS from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised TERMS & CONDITIONS through the CT NIGHT VISION web site. By continuing to use or access any of CT NIGHT VISION web site after we post any changes, you accept the updated Terms of Use. 

ITAR

Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), as prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130, or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), as prescribed in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 730-774.

CT Night Vision does not export outside of the United States of America. No Exceptions.

U.S. Export Restrictions:

DDTC and BIS, among other U.S. government agencies, regulate the export, re-export, and transfer of our products. Due to this we kindly request that you read the below paragraphs regarding U.S. export regulations.

It is unlawful to export, attempt to export, or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware, software, or technology/technical data, as well as to furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the U.S. Government.

It is the exporter’s responsibility to request and obtain export licenses or other authorizations for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies are met.

Sales or transfers to individuals or entities on the any U.S. prohibited party list or to any sanctioned countries and territories are strictly prohibited.

Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

If you should have any questions or require additional information regarding export regulations, please contact us or contact the relevant U.S. government agency.

NOTE: In the event of a order cancellation due to a ITAR VIOLATION you may be charged a cancelation/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase order.
